Build your following by talking about more than yourself. Shouting out other musicians gives your art more depth. It connects your music to other artists and fans in a positive way. Referrals keep you on your followers’ minds without making them feel you’re constantly trying to sell them something.

Now that you’re out there building your fan base by connecting with other artists, you’ll want them to shout out what you are working on.
